Hi — I’m Chris, a professional chef based in Broome County.
After years in restaurant kitchens, I started The Underground Chef to bring real, scratch-made meals directly to the community — food that tastes like it came from a great restaurant, but fits real life.
Everything is prepared fresh in small batches using quality ingredients, classic technique, and zero shortcuts. No factory food, no mass production — just honest cooking done right.
My goal is simple: make meals I’d be proud to serve my own family, and give busy people a way to enjoy great food without the stress of cooking every night.
